Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets 🥦
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 🍇
1 tbsp honey 🍯
1 garlic clove, minced 🧄
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
1/4 tsp black pepper 🌶️
1/2 tsp dried thyme (or fresh) 🌿
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish) 🌱


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 🔥

Prepare the cauliflower: Break the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Place them in a large bowl. 🥦

Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. 🍯🍇

Toss the cauliflower: Pour the honey balsamic mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated. 🍯🥦

Roast the cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 🧑‍🍳
