A refreshing and healthy strawberry sorbet perfect for summer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, honey, lemon juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop and serve.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use agave syrup instead of honey.
- Make sure to use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
