Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Form the mixture into small bars and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Press one almond into the center of each bar.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let them cool completely.
  7. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  8. Dip each bar into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  9. Let the chocolate set before serving.
