Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 🧑‍🍳
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 🥄
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. This should take about 3-5 minutes using an electric mixer. 🧴
Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using), and mix until combined. 🍪
