Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup.
- Add chocolate chips, dried cranberries, chopped nuts, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
- Once firm, scoop out the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
