- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture over the leg of lamb.
- Place the lamb in a roasting pan and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender, then mash with cream and cheese.
- Steam green beans until bright green.
- Let the lamb rest before slicing and serving with sides.
