  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture over the leg of lamb.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
  5. Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender, then mash with cream and cheese.
  6. Steam green beans until bright green.
  7. Let the lamb rest before slicing and serving with sides.
