Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place beef in the slow cooker.
- Melt butter in a pan and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the beef.
- Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
