Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place beef in the slow cooker.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Pour the garlic butter over the beef.
  4. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
