High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are a delicious and nutritious snack. They combine creamy Greek yogurt with peanut butter, coated in rich dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Line a plate or tray with parchment paper. Scoop the mixture into about 6 even portions. Freeze for 10–20 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave (30-second intervals) or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
Notes
- Keep bites cold before dipping so they hold their shape.
- Sea salt enhances the chocolate and peanut butter flavor.
