Description

High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are a delicious and nutritious snack. They combine creamy Greek yogurt with peanut butter, coated in rich dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Line a plate or tray with parchment paper. Scoop the mixture into about 6 even portions. Freeze for 10–20 minutes until firm.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave (30-second intervals) or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.

  • Keep bites cold before dipping so they hold their shape.
