- 1 cup shelled pistachios
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the pistachios on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over low heat until warm.
- Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Chop the toasted pistachios and fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
