Ingredients

- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can be served with fresh fruit or a dollop of yogurt.
