Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
