Description
Graham Cracker Toffee is a sweet and crunchy treat made with layers of graham crackers, buttery toffee, and chocolate.

- 1 package Honey Graham Crackers
- 14 ounces Hershey’s chocolate bars (two 7 oz bars)
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly spray a 9×13″ pan with cooking spray and lay parchment paper so it sticks firmly.
- Cover the bottom of the pan with graham cracker sheets.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add brown sugar and pecans, stirring constantly.
- Bring to a full boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
- While baking, unwrap Hershey’s chocolate bars and break into pieces.
- Remove pan from oven and carefully place chocolate pieces on top of the hot toffee layer.
- Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil for 5–10 minutes to allow the chocolate to melt.
- Smooth melted chocolate evenly over the top.
- Cool completely before cutting.
- Optional: Store in the fridge to set up; leave out 15 minutes before cutting to soften chocolate.
Notes
- Chocolate Variations: Use white chocolate instead of milk or dark, or drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
- Cracker Variations: Saltines, club crackers, or Ritz crackers can be used instead of graham crackers.
- Add-ins: Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy, M&M’s, or sprinkles on top.
- Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Freeze up to 3 months with parchment paper between layers.
