Description

A delicious and easy-to-make meal featuring tender chicken and potatoes infused with garlic and Parmesan cheese, cooked to perfection in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and then coat them with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on top of the potatoes in the crockpot.
  5. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
