- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and then coat them with the cheese mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on top of the potatoes in the crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
