Description

A simple and flavorful dish featuring chicken and potatoes cooked in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh garlic.
  • You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts if preferred.
