A simple and delicious garlic parmesan chicken dish cooked in a crockpot with potatoes.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add baby potatoes around the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
