Description

Tender steak tips cooked in garlic butter and topped with a creamy Parmesan herb sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak tips
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add steak tips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove steak tips from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, and thyme.
  8. Return steak tips to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately.
