Juicy lobster tails baked to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce, served with fresh lemon and herbs for an irresistible seafood dish.
Ingredients
2 live lobsters (about 1.5 lbs each) 
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick) 
4 cloves garlic, minced 
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 
1 teaspoon paprika 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish 
Lemon wedges for serving 
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Carefully split the lobsters in half lengthwise, removing the tomalley and any other inedible parts. Place them on a baking dish, shell side down.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, ensuring it’s well coated.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!
