Frozen Banana Snickers are a quick and healthy treat made from bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 4–5 tbsp dark chocolate, melted
- ¼ tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp chopped peanuts
- Sea salt, a pinch
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut each in half lengthwise. Then cut each half into 2 pieces, giving 8 banana slices in total. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread peanut butter evenly on top of each banana slice. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and chopped peanuts.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-covered banana slices.
- Freeze on the baking sheet for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.
