Flourless Banana & Protein Powder Pancakes


Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp pea or whey protein powder
  • 1 ripe yellow banana or around ⅓ cup mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • Optional: A splash of water or milk

Instructions

  1. Heat a fry-pan over medium to low heat and grease it with oil or butter.
  2. Blend banana, eggs, and protein powder to create a thick pourable batter.
  3. If the batter is too stiff, add a splash of water or milk. If too runny, add a sprinkle of protein powder.
  4. Pour the batter into a milk jug for easy pouring.
  5. Pour the pancake mixture into the pan and cook until golden.
  6. Flip the pancake with a spatula when ready and cook the other side.
