Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
