Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Add almond milk and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with chopped nuts and dried cranberries if desired.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute almond milk with any other milk of your choice.
