Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add almond milk and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts and dried cranberries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can be served warm or cold.
