Ingredients

  • 3 green onions, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add ginger and garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in coleslaw mix and cook until tender.
  4. Add green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Serve hot.
