A quick and easy version of classic tiramisu using pound cake.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Dip each slice of pound cake in coffee.
  2. Layer the soaked cake in a serving dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cake layers.
  5. Add another layer of soaked cake.
  6. Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
