A quick and easy version of classic tiramisu using pound cake.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cake, sliced
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Dip each slice of pound cake in coffee.
- Layer the soaked cake in a serving dish.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cake layers.
- Add another layer of soaked cake.
- Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use strong coffee for best flavor.
- Let it chill overnight for better taste.
- Top with chocolate shavings if desired.
