Description
Easy Persian Koobideh Kabobs are flavorful grilled meat skewers made with minced lamb and beef.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 4 skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, grated onion, salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, and cinnamon.
- Knead the mixture until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or flatbread.

- Use fresh ground meat for best results.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Soak skewers in water to prevent burning on the grill.
