Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan.
  5. Stir and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or noodles.
  • You can adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
  • For extra flavor, add sesame seeds on top.
