A simple and delicious orange chicken recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan.
- Stir and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- You can adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- For extra flavor, add sesame seeds on top.
