Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
  4. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
  6. Add raisins if desired.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and milk for icing and drizzle over warm rolls.
