Description

A simple and delicious corn casserole made with Jiffy mix that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
