Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Nori sheets, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
  2. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  4. Once rice is cooked, let it cool slightly.
  5. Wet your hands and take a scoop of rice, flatten it in your palm.
  6. Add a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center.
  7. Shape the rice around the filling into a triangle.
  8. Wrap with a strip of nori.
  9. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
