- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
- Add sour cream, honey, vanilla extract, and lavender. Mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
