Instructions
- In a small bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, then mix until fully combined.
- Stir in the heat-treated flour and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Enjoy immediately or chill for a firmer texture.

- How to Heat-Treat Flour: Microwave the flour for 90 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds. Allow it to cool completely before using.
