Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and melted butter.
  3. Add in the cornmeal, sugar, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  4. Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
