Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.

- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in shredded chicken and heavy cream; simmer for 5 minutes.
