A simple recipe for making chicken and dumplings using Bisquick.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the Bisquick mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through and golden.
Notes
- Serve hot for best flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This dish can be made with leftover turkey as well.
