Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large egg yolks

  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
  3. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
  4. Drain and mash potatoes until smooth.
  5. Add butter, heavy cream, egg yolks, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to mashed potatoes.
  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Pipe the potato mixture onto a baking sheet into mounds.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
