Description

Deviled Strawberries are a sweet and creamy bite-sized treat filled with cheesecake filling and topped with graham cracker crumbs.


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs strawberries
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (2 graham cracker sheets)

Instructions

  1. Wash all the strawberries and dry them thoroughly.
  2. Slice each one in half lengthwise, then slice off the hump on the back of each half so the strawberries lay flat. Place them on a baking sheet and set aside.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour in the heavy whipping cream, then whip until the mixture has slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).
  5. Transfer the creamy mixture to a piping or Ziploc bag, then fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving!
