- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
- In a pot, combine water and erythritol over medium heat.
- Add cranberries, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir occasionally until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
