Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses on top.
  7. Add the remaining potatoes and cover with the rest of the cream mixture.
  8. Top with the remaining cheese.
  9. Bake for 45-60 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
