- 1 lb ground beef or lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Shape the mixture around skewers into long, flat sausages.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve hot with pita and salad.
