Description
This recipe features tender steak strips coated in a sweet honey glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Add steak strips to the marinade and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated steak strips to the skillet.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container.
