Delicious Cotton Candy Cookies Recipe

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cotton candy–flavored candy pieces or cotton candy extract
- 1 cup colorful sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in cotton candy candy pieces (or extract) and sprinkles.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool briefly on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Centers may look slightly underbaked; they firm up as the cookies cool.
- If using cotton candy extract instead of candy pieces, adjust to taste and reduce sprinkles slightly for balance.
