- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Heat milk and butter until warm, then stir into dry ingredients.
- Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread cocoa powder, cinnamon, and chocolate chips evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and cream to make the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.
