Decadent Truffle Mushroom Puff Pockets are a delicious pastry filled with savory mushroom and truffle flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat truffle oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese and Parmesan.
  5. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  6. Place mushroom mixture in the center of each square.
  7. Fold pastry over and seal edges with a fork.
  8. Brush tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
