Decadent Truffle Mushroom Puff Pockets are a delicious pastry filled with savory mushroom and truffle flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat truffle oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are soft.
- Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese and Parmesan.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place mushroom mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold pastry over and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
