- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 8 Oreo cookies, whole (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and mix with the sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Arrange whole Oreo cookies evenly over the batter.
- Cover with remaining batter and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
