Description
A refreshing salad featuring cucumber, avocado, and feta.
Ingredients

- 1 large seedless cucumber, chopped
- 3 large avocados, pitted and chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, avocado, lemon juice, feta, and dill.
- Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- This salad is best enjoyed the same day it’s made, as the avocado will brown over time.
- For extra brightness, add a drizzle of olive oil or a little extra lemon juice just before serving.
