Ingredients
2 cups mini pretzels, roughly broken 
1 cup roasted peanuts (optional) 
1 cup caramel bits or soft caramel candies, unwrapped 
2 tbsp heavy cream 
1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips 
1/2 tsp sea salt for sprinkling 
Instructions
Prepare the Pretzels and Peanuts:
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pretzels and peanuts (if using).
Make the Caramel Mixture:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the caramel bits and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzel and peanut mix, stirring gently to coat evenly.
Shape the Clusters:
Using a spoon, drop small clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Melt the Chocolate:
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
Drizzle or spoon the melted chocolate over the clusters.
Finish and Cool:
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each cluster.
Let the clusters cool at room temperature or place them in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until set.
Serving and Storage:
Serve as a crunchy, sweet snack or dessert! 
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for longer freshness.
