Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes is a flavorful dish that combines tender chicken with seasoned potatoes and a savory garlic Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (just enough to cover chicken)
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Spray a crockpot with cooking spray.
  3. Add potatoes to the crockpot. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Add minced garlic and stir potatoes and seasonings well.
  5. Cut chicken into cubes.
  6. Season chicken with 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Add some garlic Parmesan sauce to the chicken.
  8. Cook on low for about 6 hours or until potatoes are cooked to your liking.
  9. Stir everything well.
  10. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and let it sit until the cheese is melted.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
