Description

A simple and delicious recipe for making fajitas in a crockpot, perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour the diced tomatoes over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
  8. Serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
