Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  4. Stir in the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles, if using.
  5. Cook for an additional 15-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
