Description

Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes are a delicious side dish that is easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 cups peeled & cubed sweet potatoes (1/2 inch cubes)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven (or an air fryer) to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion powder and cornstarch; set aside.
  3. Add the cubed sweet potatoes to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and the seasoning.
  4. Stir until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the sweet potatoes onto a large cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes then flip them over with a spatula.
  7. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are soft on the inside and golden and crisp on the exterior.

  • Ensure sweet potatoes are cut evenly for uniform cooking.
